Ingredients 
             
            4 wild boar steaks (150 g each) 
            cooking oil 
            1 pinch salt | 
          
  
            1 pinch paprika 
            4 tbsp redcurrant jelly 
            1 bunch real Kroatzberries

            Preparation 
            Baste the lightly tenderized boar steaks with oil, and braise on a 
            hot oiled grill on both sides. Glaze with redcurrant jelly, mixed 
            with real kroatzberries. Serve with relish or salad, Cumberland Sauce 
            out of the bottle and baked potatoes.
