Ingredients 1 kg potatoes some milk a small jar of apple puree vinegar 2 onions salt sugar 150 g smoked streaky bacon a piece of sausage Niebo i ziemia (Heaven and earth) Preparation Peel the potatoes and boil them. Mash them, together with some milk. Add salt and pepper. Add the apple puree to the hot mashed potatoes and stir it in well. Season with vinegar and sugar. Peel the onions, chop them very small and fry together with the finely diced bacon. Stir them into the potato puree.
