Americans want to invest in Berzdorfer Lake project
Görlitz. The area around the future Bergdorfer Lake, south of
Görlitz, is to be turned into a upmarket holiday resort with
the help of international finance. The Ohio-based Quadral Group revealed
its plans yesterday.Money from private investors is to be solicited
for various projects, including a 100-200 bed hotel on the southern
bank, a harbour with a marina, and a golf course. |
According to the American
investors, the region lying on the borders of Poland and the Czech
Republic has interesting business potential.
